I am a photographer, aviator, beekeeper, and lifelong creator living in Northern Virginia with my family. Most of my spare time is immersed in one form of technology or another.
I have been an FCC licensed radio operator for over 50 years, and that passion has opened the door to many related pursuits, including drone and fixed wing radio controlled flight, aviation, photography, networking, telephony, and a wide range of electronic technologies.
I have worked as a professional programmer and have owned several companies over the years. I have also owned and operated fixed-wing aircraft since 1992.
These and many other interests have come together in a way that defines who I am and what I enjoy doing today.
